Joe Wilkins, a loving husband, and father to three daughters passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019, at age 58.

Joe was born on April 6, 1961, in Denver, Colorado. His parents, Dwight and Priscilla (Martinez) Wilkins moved the family to California in 1970. On September 29, 1979, he married his high school sweetheart, Janice McGowan. Together they raised three daughters, Jessica, Autumn, & Brittany.

Joe was a highly-ambitious, take charge & make things happen kind of man. In 1988, he founded WF Construction, Inc, a successful construction and development company, from the ground up. He created an empire focusing on building dreams with countless repeat customers and life-long employees along the way.

Travel, sports, and family were Joe’s passions, and he most certainly lived life to the fullest. Being Papa to his five grandchildren brought him the greatest joy. He was known for his generosity, quick wit, and tenacity.

Joe is survived, and will be greatly missed, by his mother Priscilla; father Dwight; wife Janice; daughters Jessica, Autumn, Brittany; son-in-laws Adam, James, Jeff; grandchildren Madeline, Benjamin, Owen, Nixon, Presley;
sisters Belinda and Rhonda; brother Bill; and countless nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at 1 pm at Foothill Christian Church, 242 W. Baseline Road, Glendora, CA. 91740.
